Understanding Contracting Opportunities

Contracting Opportunities

The City of Philadelphia offers businesses a network of resources and the opportunity to bid and respond to upcoming contracts.  These opportunities offer a great way for businesses to continue to grow.

Learn how to become a City contractor and find City business opportunities through the Procurement Department.

A business can learn of upcoming bid opportunities and better plan by applying for the Bidder’s list to receive periodic notices.

Before submitting a bid, a business must pre-qualify and will be required to complete a questionnaire and financial statement.
