Plumber (Master) License
A Plumbing License is required for anyone wishing to be a Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, or Apprentice Plumber, in the City of Philadelphia.

Pennsylvania Professional Licensing
Certain professionals and businesses require a license and state credential to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Outdoor Advertising Sign License
This license is required for having large outdoor signs, such as billboards. The license does not apply to accessory business signs.
Outdoor Advertising Business License
This license is required for installers and owners of large outdoor signs, such as billboards.
Auto Repair Shop License
This license is required for any entity that operates a structure for the use of servicing vehicles.
Limited Occasion License for Small Games of Chance – 3 Days Only
This license is for small games of chance with prizes under $500 and is only for non-profit organizations.
Rental License
This license is required of any entity that rents any type of housing unit. (It is also known as a Housing Rental License.)
Honor Box License
This license is for the use of unattended self-service sales or honor boxes, such as newspaper boxes.
Home Inspector License
This license is required to engage in the business of residential or home inspections. Professional Architects and Engineers licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and government agency employees acting on behalf of that agency are not required to possess this license.
High Rise License
This license is required to ensure appropriate levels of safety are maintained in existing residential and nonresidential high rise structures.
Hazardous Materials License
This license is required for the storage, dispensing, use, or handling of hazardous material.
Waste Collector – Private
In accordance with a Commonwealth Court ruling, the Department of Licenses and Inspections is no longer licensing waste haulers and their vehicles.
Food Establishment, Retail Non-Permanent Location
This form is required to obtain a license to operate a retail food establishment that is not permanent. This includes vehicles, movable stands, carts, etc.
